City of Madisonville Parks and Recreation

The City of Madisonville Parks and Recreation Department continues to move at a feverish pace to keep up with the demands of a growing and diverse community. The department is constantly working to provide new facilities and parks for the families of Madisonville to enjoy. Parks and Recreation currently maintains 53 parks, 4 plazas, 18 Little League and softball fields, 7 recreation centers, 6 swimming pools, the city’s downtown Mercado facilities, the Madisonville Civic Center and the City Cemetery. And with activities going on year-round, our staff is constantly creating new, innovative programming to keep our residents entertained and fit.
